Water Damage in Lake Forest, CA

This water damage in Lake Forest was in a condo and the cause of loss was unfortunately from their upstairs neighbor's copper pipes in the wall. The water leaked from the neighbor's bathroom upstairs into this customer's condo affecting their ceiling and walls. Our experienced and certified technicians removed all wet and damaged materials, then dried the structure for several days. Fortunately the customer had a second bathroom available for use and was not inconvenienced by needing to stay in a hotel. She even mentioned to her Insurance Adjuster and HOA what a great service we provided, recommending our business to other HOA neighbors.
