Restore vs. Replace

In this Anaheim, CA home we saved the lower base kitchen cabinets that weren't affected by the water damage and only removed the cabinets and countertops that were affected. Whenever possible, we always try to save and/or restore materials that may have been affected by water damage or fire damage rather than replacing them. This saves money, time, and hassle for the customer and the insurance company as replacing materials can come with additional expenses and delays. At times, we aren't able to save or restore due to the level of damage but it's always nice when we can restore as much as possible.
