Water Damage in Kitchen
This Placentia home had water damage from their refrigerator water line. The flooding affected many rooms in the home. Many materials were affected as well. One of the rooms affected was the kitchen. Unfortunately we couldn't dry the drywall in place. It had to be removed due to the amount of saturation present but after ensuring that all affected materials, such as wood studs were all dried, we were able to able to start the reconstruction process. We knew that the customer wanted to be able to have access to their kitchen again so we immediately began the repairs. We installed new drywall, matched the paint to the existing walls and reinstalled the baseboards. It looks fantastic and the customer was thrilled with the outcome and satisfied with the time that it took to get it done.
