Water Damage in Anaheim, CA

This first floor condo in Anaheim, CA had a common drain line backup causing water to overflow onto the laminate floors. As soon as our technicians arrived on site, they noticed that the laminate floor was warped and buckling. The warping and buckling is due to the water getting underneath the laminate floors. Once the water is underneath these types of floors, it remains trapped and cannot be dried and therefore the floor needed to be removed. By removing the wet laminate floor we removed the chance of possible mold growth. The customer was very happy with how quickly and efficiently we handled the problem.
