Flooded Bathroom in Anaheim, CA

This Anaheim home had water damage in their home after their upstairs toilet supply hose suddenly broke, spraying water throughout the bathroom and several bedrooms upstairs and the water leaked through into downstairs as well. The homeowner called us right away and we responded immediately. Once we arrived onsite, we assessed the damage and began extracting water from the floors in order to prevent further damage to any more materials, such as, baseboards, drywall, etc.

After removing all the water that was on the floor, we performed a moisture check using our professional moisture meters and we determined which materials were wet and how wet they were. We then determined that some materials could not be salvaged and had to be removed. One of the rooms that was greatly affected was the downstairs bathroom. The baseboards, walls, ceiling, and insulation all had to be removed. We then placed our drying equipment to dry the wood structure. Once all materials were dried completely, we then repaired the walls and ceiling, restoring every room back to preloss condition. The customer was thrilled with the results.
